Attached are recent 2025 draft rankings by Sportsnet. A recent tweet made by Cam Robinson of Elite Prospects states that Erie Otters defenseman Matthew Schaefer is a top three talent who won’t be drafted there. These rankings jive with that assessment, as Schaefer occupies the fourth spot. All rankings I have seen to this point list Hagens, Martone & Misa in their top three.
Also of note is Czechia forward Adam Benak coming in at #24, although central scouting recently listed him as a B-rated prospect (2nd to 3rd rounder).
