Team USA’s roster and coaching staff for the upcoming World Junior A Challenge are attached. This roster consists exclusively of USHL players not competing for the USNTDP, including four 2024 NHL draft picks (Green Bay’s Will Zellers, Youngstown’s Luke Osburn, Dubuque’s Lucas Van Vliet, and Sioux Falls’s Austin Baker). Also attached is the coaching staff info for Canada East and Canada West, coupled with the selection camp rosters for each of those teams. As the article indicates, the rosters for these teams will be announced December 5. The recent “Battle of Ontario” tournament played between the OJHL and CCHL provided a nice preview for players who may be competing for Canada East.
