Ontario Hockey League – 66
United States Hockey League – 65
Western Hockey League – 45
Quebec Major Junior Hockey League – 32
British Columbia Hockey League – 7
Alberta Junior Hockey League – 4
Ontario Junior Hockey League – 4
North American Hockey League – 2
Central Canada Hockey League – 1
