As a hockey scout, I evaluate players for professional and junior drafts. When I’m not at the rink, through my writing I convey what I’ve experienced in the sporting world to assist other sports professionals, as well as hockey players and their family members, in their endeavors. To do this as accurately as possible, I draw on my experience as a college baseball player and current hockey scout, the legal counsel of a professional hockey team, a player agent, and general manager in the North American Hockey League. All told, the amount of time I have spent discussing and striving to meet the needs of sports organizations and their athletes makes me keenly aware of the hockey landscape’s demanding nature. The fact that I am a published author and writer of narratives encompassing a wide array of topics allows me to effectively interact with my readers.
