The Buffalo Sabres have fired general manager Kevyn Adams, and have replaced him with Sabres’ senior advisor Jarmo Kekalainen. Buffalo hired Kekalainen in May to fill the senior advisor role, after spending 12 years as the Columbus Blue Jackets GM. Adams had served as the Sabres’ GM since the 2020-21 season.
