Less than 24 hours after Wisconsin eliminated Michigan State from the NCAA tournament, former Spartan Porter Martone (2025 1st round, 6th overall) has signed a 3-year entry-level contract with Philadelphia. The deal carries an annual cap hit of $966,667, and commences with the 2025-26 season. This opens the door for Martone to contribute to the Flyers’ playoff run down the stretch. Philly sits three points out of the final wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference.
