7/16/26: Philadelphia Signs Zegras to 4-Year Deal; J. Robertson Arbitration Case Still Pending

Another arbitration case has been settled for big dollars. Philadelphia has signed restricted free agent forward Trevor Zegras to a 4-year, $36.5 million ($9.125 million AAV) contract, avoiding the need for the scheduled July 22 arbitration hearing. Zegras established two new career-highs in the 2025-26 season, recording 26 goals and 67 points in 81 games for the Flyers.

The arbitration case involving the Dallas Stars & forward Jason Robertson remains pending, and is proceeding toward a July 25 hearing date.
