6/22/26: B. Tkachuk to FLA; Raddysh to TOR; Woll to PHI; Larkin Trade Update

Brady Tkachuk: Ottawa has sent forward Brady Tkachuk to Florida in exchange for two 2026 1st round picks (#9 and #25), a 2027 2nd round pick, and a conditional 2029 1st round pick. This trade has sparked numerous tampering allegations, as of yet unfounded, given that Tkachuk is in the prime of his career, and that he was the face of the Senators’ franchise.

Darren Raddysh: Tampa Bay recently traded d-man Darren Raddysh to Toronto in exchange for a 2026 5th round pick. The deal was of the sign-and-trade variety, as Raddysh inked an 8-year, $8.5 million AAV contract with the Lightning prior to the transaction. The 30-year-old right-shot d-man, who would have become a free agent on July 1, is coming off career highs in goals (22), assists (48), and points (70).

Mackie Samoskevich: Florida has traded forward Mackie Samoskevich to Seattle for a 2026 1st round pick (#25), and a 2027 2nd round pick (conditional). Florida sent the 2026 pick it acquired in this deal to Ottawa as part of the Tkachuk deal.

Andre Gasseau: Boston has traded forward Andre Gasseau and a 2026 4th round pick (#120) to San Jose in exchange for a 2026 4th round pick (#104) and a 2026 5th round pick (#157).

Joseph Woll: Toronto has traded goaltender Joseph Woll and d-man Simon Benoit to Philadelphia in exchange for goaltender Samuel Ersson, d-man Emil Andrae, and a 2026 3rd round pick.

Dylan Larkin: The trade market for Detroit forward Dylan Larkin remains fluid. Early this month, Larkin requested a trade from the Wings. Coupled with this request was a list of three teams for which he would waive his no-trade clause: Florida, Minnesota & Vegas. However, teams such as Utah and Vancouver reportedly have entered the fray. Also, the Panthers are no longer a viable option with their acquisition of Brady Tkachuk, especially considering the depletion of Florida’s draft capital to land him. There will be much more to follow on this story.
