The World Junior Summer Showcase will take place in Windsor, Ontario from July 26 through August 1. The annual tournament serves as the inaugural event held for participating countries’ processes in selecting their respective World Junior Teams. Canada, the US, Sweden & Finland will all field teams at the event.
Attached are rosters for Team USA (which will field 2 teams) and Team Sweden. Rosters for Team Canada (which, like Team USA, will field two team at the event) and Team Finland have not been released as of yet.
Team USA’s roster is highlighted by nine first-round NHL draft picks from 2025 and 2026, led by 2026 top 10 picks Chase Reid (#7 to Seattle) and Wyatt Cullen (#10 to Nashville). Likewise, Sweden’s roster boasts four 2026 first-rounders, led by forward Alexander Command (#12 to New Jersey) and d-man Malte Gustafsson (#13 to New York Islanders).
